Therapeutically Connected Wellness

 Therapeutically Connected Wellness was created to empower women to shine light on the importance of their mental health. This means identifying your mental health needs and taking a proactive approach to addressing them before things get too difficult to manage. This typically means implementing positive coping skills regularly-by finding a place for them in your life.
We focus on the following four areas to help strengthen mental wellness: physical, spiritual, social-emotional and cognitive. Make the decision to start developing a new kind of lifestyle around your mental wellness!

Welcome! I established Therapeutically Connected Wellness to help place an emphasis on being proactive about implementing self care practices and coping strategies in our lives. Hopefully you’ll find something meaningful on this site.

 

This is where you will have the space to put more thought into your mental health needs and wants. You are encouraged to rethink how you approach and look at mental wellness. You can start by considering how you are showing up for yourself. My hope is that you remember those coping tools that you possess and use them, not only in difficult times, but on a regular basis.
